StarCrossed: Part 1—Right Before Pluto Enters Aquarius on November 2024
After a wild eclipse season, we're heading toward election day and the holiday rush. The collective energy is excited, but tensions might run high with Pluto back in Capricorn.
StarCrossed follows a hobby that keeps my passion for reading and research alive—astrology and astronomy. My love for the Universe goes beyond the spiritual and includes the scientific wonders of space.
November 2024 is bringing some exciting vibes and seasonal changes, thanks to some major astrological events. Transformative eclipses and big planetary shifts might push you to reflect deeply, take meaningful actions, and focus on personal growth.
If you've been following my astrological journey this year, you'll see that this is a recurring theme. You can navigate November with clear intentions by tuning into celestial movements. While I'm not an astrologer, I find astrology helpful for self-care and personal growth.
After a wild eclipse season, we're heading toward election day and the holiday rush. The collective energy is excited, but tensions might run high with Pluto back in Capricorn. Big changes are on the horizon as this transformative planet gets ready to move into Aquarius—something I've been looking forward to for years! As Scorpio season flows into November, it's a great time to explore your inner self, your desires, and where you want to take control. By refreshing your inner world, you can enhance your life and make a positive impact around you. Remember, you're the main character in your own story, whether you’re from a small town or a big city, and your unique light makes a bigger difference than you think.
Don't Start at the Start: New Moon in Scorpio, Mercury Enters Sagittarius, Mars Enters Leo
The New Moon in Scorpio on the 1st is a great time to set intentions for transformation, healing, and personal growth. With Scorpio’s themes of change and renewal, this lunation encourages us to embrace change and go after our dreams. On November 2nd, Mercury moves into Sagittarius, making communication warmer and more hopeful. During the same period, the trine between Mercury in Scorpio and Mars in Cancer sharpens our focus and determination—perfect for strategic planning and clear communication. And with Mercury sextile Pluto in Capricorn, we might uncover hidden insights about ourselves, so it’s a great time for transformative decisions.
From November 2nd to 3rd, the Sun will oppose Jupiter, which can bring some potential for overindulgence or feeling a bit too important. While it’s a good time for optimism and manifestation, let's be careful not to come off as entitled. Then, on November 3rd, Mars will oppose Pluto in Capricorn, bringing some intense vibes. But don’t worry, when Mars moves into Leo on November 4th, you'll feel more driven and bold. Venus opposing Jupiter in Gemini might stir up some excess in relationships and finances, so finding that balance is crucial.
As Saturn becomes stationary from November 3rd to 4th, it’s not the best time to kick off long-term projects. Old fears and insecurities could come up, making interactions a little tricky. From November 3rd to 5th, with Venus opposing Neptune and Mercury opposing Uranus, you might also feel pulled in different directions by conflicting energies. But on November 4th, as Mars enters Leo, the Sun in Scorpio will trine Saturn in Pisces—helping to stabilize your efforts and encouraging responsibility and discipline. This is a perfect time to make long-term plans and commit to your goals. So while the start of November is great for planning, hold off on launching any big projects just yet.
Do Settle with Being Unsettled: Saturn Goes Direct, Venus Enters Libra, Mercury Enters Sagittarius
On November 5th, Saturn goes direct, and the retrograde chaos starts to chill out, bringing a fresh vibe to discipline, long-term projects, relationships, and careers. This cosmic shift might even have an impact on the elections also happening this day. But with Mars opposite Pluto, we could see some power struggles in early November, making things a bit tense.
From November 6th to the 7th, you'll notice a big change in the celestial mood as opposing forces give way to some good energy. It's a great time for intuition, channeling, and connecting with others, leading to positive vibes with your personal and work partners. On November 8th, Venus moves into Libra, where it’ll hang out until December 4th, which could boost your relationships. Then, from November 8th to the 9th, Mercury will form a sextile with Pluto, making it easier to have deep conversations and sort things out with influential people or those you’re close to. This is a magical time for transformation!
But just a day later, on November 10th, Mercury squares Saturn, which might bring up some conflicts and challenges thanks to miscommunication or tech issues. That same day, Mercury also enters Sagittarius, where it’ll stay until December 1st. While it’s there, communication might get a bit tricky, so keep that in mind for the weeks ahead.
Don't Pick Up a Cause Just Because: Mercury Sextile Venus, Sun-Mars Conjunction
On November 11th, Venus moves into Capricorn, shifting your focus on relationships and values toward stability, commitment, and long-term planning. This is a great time to take a practical and serious approach to love and finances. The next day, Mercury squares Saturn, which might throw some challenges your way in communication and thinking. From November 13th to 17th, Mercury will be in a supportive sextile with Venus, giving you a little boost during tough times, even if it can't fully balance out the intense planetary vibes from the last few days. It's a great time for you and your loved ones to step up and help each other out. Additionally, on November 15th, Saturn will go direct in Pisces. This event in the middle of the month may push you to make more forward movement in areas where you've been dealing with delays or restrictions.
Then, from November 15th to 21st, the Sun will team up with Mars, cranking up the intensity. You might feel an energetic push to take action, rethink your self-expression and identity, and check in on the causes you care about. Just be careful—this alignment could bring out some impulsive and aggressive tendencies, too.
Where's Part 2?
I confess that I may have done a bit of an overreach and over-prepared for this post. As is typical of me when I overthink—and therefore avoid actual problems and situations I need to deal with—I obsessed over this post and have too much to say within the confines of a typical post or email. Part 2 is coming next week!
